Licence
The ImmigrationDB compilation — the fact database, its metric definitions, derived values, rankings and page text — is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, redistribute, adapt and use it commercially, including as an input to models, products and research, provided you credit ImmigrationDB and link back to the page or resource you used.

ImmigrationDB does not own the underlying official data and cannot relicense it. Each value names the authority that published it and links to it directly; that publisher's own terms continue to apply to their material. This is why the attribution rule below asks for the source, not only for us.
What each publisher allows
The source terms register records, for each publisher behind the published values, what its terms allow for display, bulk redistribution, an API or MCP feed and model training, with the clause quoted and the date it was read. The MCP feeds and the bulk query file carry a value only where its publisher allows a feed; elsewhere the record keeps its source link and says the value is withheld. Training rights on the underlying values belong to each publisher.

Machine access
Prefer the exact country shard, entity JSON, Markdown or MCP resource linked from the page instead of scraping the interface. They carry the same values with source, scope and dates attached.

To show a city's population, salary, rent and other key figures on your own page, copy its card: plain HTML with each figure's period and publisher and a link back to the city's page, which is the attribution.
