Selected golden visa routes: investment amounts and restrictions
Question: what do the selected, source-backed investor-residence routes require, and what restrictions remain after investment?
Answer: this article contains 11 source-backed route records across 10 countries and 25 options. It is a bounded evidence subset, not a complete market inventory. Amounts below remain in native currencies; no euro ranking is made.
What we measured
An entry stayed in the table only when saved evidence tied the claim to an official authority source, the source stated the route and the qualifying amount or condition, and the current official URL check passed. The scope is limited to the rows that cleared this evidence gate; an unlisted route is outside this article, not disproved by it.
The result is not one type of immigration status. The table labels residence permits, resident visas, investor immigration and permanent residence separately. Business-linked routes are marked as such. A residence permit is not citizenship, and permanent residence is not the same as tax residence.
Fees, property, rent, donations, deposits and qualifying capital are separate obligations. A number in the “minimum” column is not a total cost. Native currency is authoritative: EUR, NZD, BRL, USD, SGD and KRW are not converted because the packet contains no dated official conversion that would make a comparison reproducible.
What the data shows
The repaired table keeps every admitted branch separate. Greece has three evidence entries, New Zealand four, Brazil two, Colombia two, Singapore three, South Korea two, Malta two, Luxembourg four, Latvia two and France one. The lowest euro figure is Malta's EUR 37,000 contribution, but the programme separately requires qualifying property or rent and other obligations. It would be misleading to call EUR 37,000 the price of residence.
The table intentionally does not merge conditional branches into a single country price. It also does not turn a fee, a property value, an annual rent, a donation or a deposit into “extra investment” unless the official source describes it as part of that option.

Scope boundary
This article publishes only the 11 route records shown in the table. An unlisted route is outside this evidence subset; its absence here is not a claim that the route does not exist. The article is not a complete market inventory.
What this means if you are moving
Identify the outcome first: the table contains residence permits, resident visas, investor immigration and permanent-residence routes, not passports. Then check whether the route is activity-linked: France, Latvia, Luxembourg, Singapore and New Zealand require business, company, management, family-office, employment or active-investment conditions.
Separate the amount from the obligation around it. Malta's EUR 37,000 is only a contribution; New Zealand, Brazil, Colombia and Singapore also have materially different branches. Check the exact option source.
Limits
This article is a source-backed publication from a bounded research package. It is not database admission, a build, a deployment or legal advice. It was checked on 12 August 2026 plus repair evidence and a current transport check on 13 August 2026. A page returning HTTP 200 proves access, not that an application will be approved or that every rule has been captured. The underlying package remains partial, so this article is not a complete market inventory. Tax residence, citizenship eligibility, nationality exclusions, family rights, renewal and refund outcomes are not inferred when the exact checked source did not prove them.
Method
Evidence gate. Each row has an official A-source URL, saved body or PDF, exact locator and current URL result. The 12 official URLs used in this article passed both local methods on 13 August 2026. The wider research package remains partial; that coverage boundary does not add claims to this table.
Categories. Residence, permanent residence, investor visa, investor immigration and wealth/business residence stay separate. Citizenship-only and tax-only claims are not promoted into the table.
Amounts. Native currency is preserved. Conditional branches remain separate. Fees, property, rent, donations, deposits and capital are not collapsed into one headline number. No currency conversion is supplied.
Repair boundary. Only this manuscript and artifacts under data/offline_city_research/golden_visa_2026_08_round_01/_work/release-repair-luna/ were changed for the research repair. The package data, database, deploy files and task queue were not changed.
FAQ
What is a golden visa?
It is a media label, not one legal category. This repaired table separates investor residence, permanent residence, investor immigration, investor visas and business-linked permits. Only the Greek procedure used here carries “golden visa” in its official title.
Which routes are included in this repaired article?
This article contains 11 source-backed route records across 10 countries and 25 separately kept options. It is a bounded evidence subset, not a complete market inventory.
What is the lowest euro-denominated figure?
Malta's EUR 37,000 contribution is the lowest euro-denominated figure shown. It is not the total price: qualifying property or rent, a separate administration fee, insurance, donation and holding conditions also apply.
Does a residence route give citizenship or tax residence?
No such conclusion is made here. Residence, permanent residence, citizenship and tax residence are different legal outcomes. The routes below are not presented as citizenship grants, and tax residence was not established by this research.
What should be checked before transferring funds?
Check the exact option, current amount, fees, asset or business condition, holding rule, presence rule, family scope and nationality eligibility with the responsible authority. A live page or a transport-level HTTP success is not itself approval.
